All public transactions, the Motor Carrier portal, and Member Services will be unavailable from 1-4 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 16, 2018.
This page includes information on logging into the SCDMV's Member Services portal. It does not have information on accessing the SCDMV's Motor Carrier Services portal.
To access the SCDMV's Member Services portal, you must be a registered user with the agency.
Your user ID will be locked if you have tried to log on five times in a row with the incorrect password. If this happens, you must reset your password by contacting your account administrator.
Some reports are PDFs. You must have Adobe Reader installed to access these reports. Make sure you are familiar with its uses such as saving the reports on your computer.
If you select a payment mode of "Charge to Account," any transactions fees will be charged to your customer account, and the transaction output will be available once you complete the entire transaction.
If you choose to pay with a credit card, a shopping cart is used to hold your transaction output until your credit card information is entered.
Becoming a Member
If you're interested in having access to the SCDMV's Member Services portal, you must properly register. To learn more about membership, email the agency. This service is offered to authorized businesses that have gone through a formal approval and acceptance process.
You must represent a business to be eligible for this service. People who do not represent a business are not eligible.
