Where can I find training material for the Identity Management System?
Under the Transaction Menu, Identity Management System. This is password protected with the password provided.
If I need to add/update the administrator for the account?
A formal letter of request on letterhead must be submitted to
memberservices@scdmv.net
. In addition, an updated Personal Information Release Agreement (PIRA) must accompany the letterhead.
Who should I contact if I have questions regarding the bill from SCDMV?
You may submit your questions to

. Please state in the subject that you have a 'Billing Inquiry.' For faster response you will need to include your account number, invoice number and a statement to describe your inquiry.
