Renew Permanent Disabled Placard ($)

This transaction allows you to renew your Permanent Disabled Placard.

To complete your renewal:

• Your current placard must be in good standing with DMV
• You must have your current permanent placard numberThis can be found on the front of your current placard or on your placard registration certificate

Please ensure that the address on your placard registration certificate is correct. If necessary, your residence, mailing, and temporary address can be changed using the Address Change transaction.
