This transaction allows you to replace your lost, stolen, or damaged license plate with the same plate type.
To complete this transaction:
- Your license plate must be in good standing with DMV.
- You must have your current vehicle registration in front of you.
Please ensure that the address shown on your registration is correct. If necessary, your residence, mailing and temporary addresses may be changed using the Address Change transaction BEFORE continuing with this transaction.
