Driving Record
You may get your own three-year or ten-year driving record at any time online for $6.

The full report is $6. You may also request a copy by mail by completing a Request for Driver Information (SCDMV Form MV-70). Provide as much information as possible on the form and mail it to the SCDMV address on the form. Include a $6 payment made out to the SCDMV (do not mail cash).
Beginning October 12, 2022, customers who order motor vehicle records (MVRs, also called driving records) from the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles (SCDMV) will receive an MVR with a watermark of the Great Seal of the State of South Carolina. The watermark indicates that the record is a certified copy of the official department record, and as such can be accepted for all purposes which require an official SCDMV department record.
